Appointed to the role of CEO of LM Group Holding A/S with immediate effect, will be Marc de Jong. New to the wind industry, Marc has had an extremely successful career with Phillips where he was previously a member of the Royal Philips Group Management Committee. He was CEO of various divisions within Philips and CEO of the automotive and identification businesses of NXP Semiconductors before beginning his own management consultancy. He presently sits on several Supervisory Boards including the Technical University of Eindhoven, First sensor AG (Berlin) and Sioux Group B.V. (Eindhoven).
In addition, Marc will take over the various directorships of Leo Schot in the LM Group, which includes replacing Leo Schot in the board of directors of LM Group Holding A/S.
Marc holds a Masters in Physics and Mathematics from the Free University of Amsterdam, further qualifications in Economics and two MBA's, one from the University of Rochester in the United States and another from the Erasmus University, Rotterdam.
