Description: The sales person is responsible under the supervision of the sales manager of issuing the offers; follow up with customers of the purchase orders, negotiating the contracts in a close collaboration with sales administrative. This position offer an exposure to international environment, customers, and to the different department Service dept. has to interact with – Configuration, warehouse, Sales, Maintenance managers. The sales person will also have an exposure to global and virtual project management.The Sales person manages Elaborate offers, contracts, prices, discount and Payment terms under the supervision of the sales manager Negotiate with customers, follow up on issues with sales administrative and other departments (Administration, Finance, warehouse, logistics..) Identify of new business opportunities with existing customers. Shares, Trains and supports other sales persons or countries on processes and negotiations Participates to cross functional projects. Job Description: ? 1. Use and practice of the supplier quality procedures, global supplier quality mannual, quality improvement tools within Gamesa Wind China organization.2. Supplier Validation and Qualification.3.To develop new mechanical supplilers and participate with engineering in the evaluation and selection of alternate sources of supply.4.Scheduling, realization of process audits of quality improvement plans at suppliers.5.Implement activities with suppliers to ensure that Gamesa specifications and procedures and fully accomplished and quality of components.6.Supplier performance evaluation and monitoring.7.Quality concerns management with suppliers:to ensure the implementation of containment actions, corrective and preventative actions at the suppliers. Review of the effectiveness.8.Management and maintenance of documents and databaese of suppliers quality issues. ? Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree, mechanical engineering major is must.2.Fluent English both in spoken and written.3.At least 8 years experience in similar positions in Quality at a leader industrial companies.4.Good knowledge of manufacturing processes is needed as well as a strong technical background of mechanical technologies.5.Good knowledge of Quality tools PPAP,SPC and ISO9001/16949 procedures are required.6.Good knowledge of steel heat treatment process and NDT.7.Knowledge of steel materials and related manufacturing processes: casting, forging, sintering and gear machining weill be preferential.8.Ideal candidate will be self-confident and self-starter, with good communication skills. Team working oriented with ability to coordinate activities.
