绿色发电将更进一步，新材料赋能丹麦海上风电

近日，媒体转载了欧洲风能协会（WindEurope）的相关行业资讯，资讯提到一项开创性举动正在丹麦进行……能源行业巨头莱茵集团（ 以下简称RWE），同时也是扩博智能在欧洲提供服务的重要客戶之一 ，目前正在40 台海上风机上安装西门子歌美飒可回收叶片。这种可回收叶片由一种“具有特殊化学结构的新型树脂”制成 ，可以将叶片中的复合材料再次分离出来 ，并重新用到新的铸件中。

海上风能向着更加可循环的方向又进一步。

RWE宣布将在其位于丹麦的Thor海上风电场安装可回收叶片。72台涡轮机中的40台将配备西门子歌美飒"可回收叶片" ，预计将于在2026年安装完毕。

这还不是唯一的创举。

RWE还正在项目中多达半数的风机上试用二氧化碳减排钢塔（CO2-reduced steel towers）。与传统钢材相比，西门子歌美飒的“GreenerTower”技术将确保塔架钢板生产过程中的二氧化碳排放量减少至少63%。

“我们是世界上试用西门子歌美飒二氧化碳减排钢塔的首个开发商，这样一来可以显著减少风力涡轮机的碳足迹。以可持续发展为核心，这正是我们行业的未来方向。”RWE海上风电公司首席执行官Sven Uterm?hlen说。

一旦投产，装机容量达1GW的Thor风电场将为超过100万丹麦家庭提供绿色电力。

Something groundbreaking is happening in Denmark…RWE is installing Siemens Gamesa’s  recyclable blades on 40 offshore wind turbines. The recyclable blades are made with  “a new  type of resin with a special chemical structure” which allows the composite materials in the blades to be separated again and reused in new casting applications. ? Now that’s progress!

Another move towards more #circularity in #offshorewind.

RWE has announced that they will install recyclable rotor blades at their Thor offshore wind farm in #Denmark. 40 out of the 72 turbines will be equipped with Siemens Gamesa's"RecyclableBlade" technology. The installation is expected in 2026.

And it is not the only achievement!

RWE is also piloting CO2-reduced steel towers at half of the project’s turbines. The"GreenerTower" technology from Siemens Gamesa will ensure a CO2 reduction of at least 63% in the tower steel plates compared to conventional steel.

once commissioned, the 1GW wind farm Thor will supply green electricity to more than one million Danish households.
